Wireless Retail Sales Consultants:
Retail sales consultants should possess the ability to maintain a positive customer experience while attaining sales objectives by selling products and services offered by AT&T.
The RSC will need to maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and competitive offers.
To guarantee success, RSCs must be able to communicate effectively, should have great organizational skills, and the ability lead by example while encouraging a positive TEAM environment.
RSCs handle service inquiries and provide efficient, courteous customer service for all of our products and services while ensuring our client has an extraordinary customer service experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers.
o Possess a competitive spirit and be able to produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
o Handle customer situations and making equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
o Participate as a "team player", constantly supporting other team members.
o Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
o Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction by following the 5 Key Behaviors with every customer, every time.
o Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, and Home Solutions.
o Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs by following the At&t Retail Experience.
o Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
o Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers.
o Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
o Ability to stand for long periods of time.
o Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner.
o Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment and copier.
o Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required.
o Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures.
o Complete all training provided by Custom and At&t by set deadlines.
In addition, if training classes are instructor lead and require travel to an outside location it will be the responsibility of the employee to make the arrangements to get there.
Custom will not reimburse any travel expenses accrued.
o Ability to accurately count and make change for customer transactions.
o Assists with inventory maintenance o Perform other duties as assigned by sales management The Ideal Candidate:
o Must be age 18 and obtained high school diploma or GED required - 2 year Associate degree preferred.
o Experience in retail sales or customer service background preferred.
o Candidates must possess proven communication skills.
o Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Benefits:
o Hourly wage plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn an average of $30,000 in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
o Our top sellers earn an average of $47,000 per year.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
